Our Purpose Statement:
“The purpose of the Organization is as set forth in the New Testament Scriptures: the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the praise and worship of God and the fulfillment of the ministry of a New Testament Church. Under the leadership of Jesus Christ and by His Power, the fellowship of believers called First Baptist Church of New Tampa will share the knowledge of God’s love for His creation and His gift of new life: and will care for and minister to the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of our fellowship, the community, and the world.”

Rock the Universe
Friday, September 10th for 6th grade through high school. Bus will leave the church at 4:30 PM. We are looking for scholarships. The cost is $46.00 per ticket. If you can help in any dollar amount towards some of the tickets that would be greatly appreciated. Specify "Rock the Universe" if by check. For details see Mitch Smith.

Website Calendar Issues
Google is currently having issues with calendars published on the web. When looking at the agenda on the home page or calendar from the menu on the left, please make note of which time zone it is at the bottom of the calendars ("Events shown in time zone: Eastern Time" or "Events shown in time zone: Pacific Time"). We're hoping that they fix the issue soon.
